Leopold's maneuver is preferably performed after 24 weeks gestation when fetal outline can be already palpated. Sorry for the mannequin. LOLs.. :)

Preparation: 1. Instruct woman to empty her bladder first. 2. Place woman in dorsal recumbent position, supine with knees flexed to relax abdominal muscles. Place a small pillow under the head for comfort. 3. Drape properly to maintain privacy. 4. Explain procedure to the patient. 5. Warms hands by rubbing together. (Cold hands can stimulate uterine contractions). 6. Use the palm for palpation not the fingers. Perform: I. First Maneuver: Fundal Grip II. Second Maneuver: Umbilical Grip III. Third Maneuver: Pawlik's Grip IV. Pelvic Group

[Movie] Yoga School

How I wish I could watch a premiere of Eugene's Movie Yoga School. It is a horror movie, and I think it would be a great movie, not because Eugene is there, its because I love Asian Horror Movies, especially movies made from Korea and Japan. The said movie will be showed in Korea this coming August 20. It's fast approaching, right? Though I won't be able to watch it their. LOLs. I'll just wait for the release of it online. We all know that we are fond of waiting for the movies to be posted online, because its FREE.. oops I am wrong, we are paying INTERNET BILLS so ITS NOT FREE.

The story centers around five beautiful women who harbor different insecurities and seek out a mysterious yoga school that promises undying beauty. The film is directed by Yoon Jae-yeon, who directed the third Memento Mori film Wishing Stairs.
Yoga School features seven actresses, led by EugeneRomantic Island) and Park Han-byul (Fantasy Couple), as well as Jo Eun-ji (Forever the Moment), Cha Soo-yeon (The World They Live In), Kim Hye-na (Unstoppable Wedding), Lee Young-jin (Antique Bakery), and Hwang Seung-eon.

I am used seeing Eugene at dramatic movie and romantic comedy movies, this movie would I think a new break to Eugene to be part of a Horror movies. GOOD LUCK UNNIE! Fighting.

I was addicted to KOREAN ENTERTAINMENT years ago. I was and still addicted to EUGENE KIM, she starred at my all-time favorite drama series SAVE THE LAST DANCE. I searched often and knew about this new KPOP GROUP named 2NE1, that at first it was not the typical taste of my INTEREST, however as time passes by and as their songs are being played from the time I surf the web about Korean Pop, since THEIR MUSIC IS OBVIOUSLY LIKE THE TALK-IN-TOWN. it seems EVERYONE knew them. Especially us, FILIPIONOS knew alot about one of the member, which is SANDARA PARK, which is considered to be our NATIONAL KRUNG-KRUNG star, and now converted to DARA as a cool SINGER in KOREA. I could say that her popularity is greatly creditted to the PHILIPPINE SHOWBIZ INDUSTRY. Sandara started her popularity when she joined a Celebrity-Search on TV entitle Star Circle Quest, she won second place in that competition. That's how she started. Now, Sandara's enjoying the popularity in Korea. FIGHTING DARA! FIGHTING 2NE1~! Weee.. Ooppps.. I am lacking words to say.. I should say that I'll continue blogging more soon.. weeeee... I still have classes, i mean meeting to attend. LOLs.. :)

Korea hopes to attract more Muslim tourists

While browsing some entertainment news about Korean celebrities, one article caught my attention, and I got interested reading it.

Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) now aims to attract Muslim tourists and will tailor-make tour programs to suit tourists from the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
KTO recently educated 40 travel agents and tour guides on Islamic culture. They have also introduced a halal food lunchbox into their tours. Travel agents in Korea have noted that the biggest obstacle to attracting Muslim tourists is strict rules on food and prayer. It is not easy to find "halal food" especially in Korea where pork is commonly served in all restaurants. Halal restaurants are very rare in Korea and there are almost none outside Seoul, Busan and Jeju. Tour guides usually take Muslim travelers to seafood restaurants, Indian or Pakistani eateries, or vegetarian restaurants. The travelers don't get to taste Korean food. Thus, with this in mind, KTO designed the "halal lunchbox". It contains Korean food such as bulgogi and kimchi (i would assume) so that Muslim tourists can also experience the food which they see consumed in Korean movies or dramas. KTO also recently opened a prayer room at the Tourism Information Center of its headquarters. The prayer room is located in basement one, and comes equip with a compass showing the direction of Mecca.

My first Clinical Exposure together with my cute patient 'Angel.'

I started as Accountant student and not the course I have now. I have been wrong in choosing that course, however I could do well in that course yet I took it for granted, for I considered myself as stupid for not doing well at that course. I have given the best ever privileges I should have, I am scholar at that course; unfortunately I lost it. Disregarding those bad things that had happened, I believe that life must go on. That is why I have decided to pursue what I have dreamt of ever since. I want to be a medical professional specifically to be a doctor, to cure for the sick. But oops, I am not taking Medical Technology or Biology as my preparatory course for medicine. I AM TAKING UP NURSING. Why nursing? Since I have started this one, I could tell that this course is amazing. I tend to learn that NURSING is the science of caring. WE DON’T ONLY FOCUS ON CURING BUT GREATLY ON CARING. I think that’s the simplest thing I could comprehend about my beloved course.

But what about my NURSING LIFE? I started my Nursing course at MSU-IIT, a prestigious university who has a Health Sciences Department who offers BS in Nursing. I spent my first academic year there. It had been a happy experience staying at the place where I learned a lot of things. [Budgeting, Speaking a vernacular in which I am not used to using it as my medium of communication.] Unfortunately, after a year I transferred to another university. However the university is still the same, it's still MSU yet this tim its the Main Campus. That's it. I'll be blogging more. Just keep in touch with my blog. Have a nice day everyone. :) Hope you'll appreciate my simple blog. I know that this is not the best blog with best words. :) But I know in myself that this is a blog full of life.. :D
